I have a roller coaster of an experience with American water. The last tech who fixed my softener FINALLY got it right. I've had my softener for nearly 7 years and I bought their top of the line one they had available. I wanted quality. Immediately after installing, I noticed the difference in the water. But, after a few weeks, it constantly purged out too much water because it was turned on full blast and it dumped what it considered "not soft enough" and I might as well left all my facets and hoses running at a slow pace because it souped up my yard. They came out to tweak it and then it was so low, I didn't feel any softness at all. Then they replaced a few parts to "fix it" within the first year. It was MONTHS before I had it right where I wasn't dumping water all the time and had noticeable soft water. Fast forward a few years and STILL wishy washy results. I've had techs fix it, then a different guy replace something with no change. Then ANOTHER tech tell me that there was no adjustment possible on my equipment to make the water softer. He also said I had soft water but I'm repeatedly comparing it to two other homes where the soft water is APPARENT. I know what soft water is and just because it may be a LITTLE soft, doesnt mean the machine is working properly. I honestly don't know what to make of this company. Inconsistent work and I'm assuming after nearly 7 years of calling them out to fix my equipment that they installed and their servicing of it, I'd guess that roughly 60% of the year I have soft water with their best model while spending oughly $700 to $1500 in cost for repairs thus far. Then these yahoos suggested I join their monthly membership. The is NEVER going to be in the future. I'll risk hiring other companies in the future.

I was impressed with his pleasant demeanor and warm smile as he spoke knowledgeably about my water softening system that is 23 years old. We’ve only recently been using our system for about a few months. The house we bought had one installed, but I didn’t know how to use it. I’ve never had one before, but I’m very pleased. Andrew came out and did a service call and talked me through everything and check the system which was running fine. He was very friendly and explained everything very well. Thanks!!

Wow! Great service and great install work. Chan was exceptional at trouble shooting several obstacles we had including a temporary water interruption. He was a professional through out the whole process and made sure everything was finished and working. We love our new water system and are excited to have good clean drinking water!
